Phase 1: Academic Excellence Initiative
The first execution phase of the SPACO 2030 Vision is the Academic Excellence Initiative, focused on innovation, technology, curriculum modernization, and teacher empowerment.
1. Digital & Technology Program
Establish the Alumni Digital Intelligence Centre with laptops, digital boards, multimedia tools, internet access, backup power, and a multipurpose learning space.
2. Curriculum Review & Teaching Program
Modernize curriculum content, integrate STEM and WASC standards, improve delivery, and strengthen student learning outcomes.
3. Engage & Teach the Teachers
Empower teachers through digital literacy, modern teaching methods, pedagogical excellence, and continuous professional development.
2025–2030 Roadmap
2025–2026: Foundation
Launch Endowment Fund, renovate Chemistry Lab, initiate Library Project, begin STEM/ICT audit, launch Teacher Excellence Program, and start e-learning pilot.
2026–2028: Acceleration
Renovate Physics and Biology labs, open STEM Innovation Complex, secure STEM partnerships, implement coding and robotics, and compete nationally.
2028–2030: Consolidation
Expand digital STEM resources, launch Green Campus initiatives, generate revenue through Alumni Centre utilization, and rank among Nigeria’s Top 5 STEM schools.
