Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration and Communication:
   • Manage the Alumni Associate Center's daily operations, including responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining records, facilitate communication, maintain and update Alumni database and web portal.
2. • Maintain an updated database of Alumni contact information.
   • Utilize technology platforms for communication, event management, and Alumni engagement.
   • Maintain and update the Alumni association website and social media accounts.
